Suit hunting for Jeriel

Last weekend was suit hunting for Jeriel. Jeriel will be carrying Sam Yee and Uncle Lucas’s wedding bands down the aisle during holy matrimony ceremony next month. We borrowed Leoni’s son’s suit but the suit seemed to be too big on Jeriel. The leather black shoe he was wearing was from Treehouse with 50% and cost less than RM30.

Then we went to see BeBeHaus in 1Utama on Sat 21 July 2007 night. Jeriel tried on 2 . First one is a last piece tuxedo which was coincidently Jeriel’s size selling at promotion price RM 85. Second one was a Mandarin Collar Suit which was RM 18X. We wanted to try the 3 piece suit (with vest) which was RM 105 but then no size. PaPa took the business card and said we would need to discuss with the bride and groom.

On Sunday, after church, last minute we decided to drive to Jalan Masjid India to try our luck. Sogo was having sales and branded (Caserina) suit with vest and pants for kids were selling at 70% but to bad, no size for Jeriel. Too big. Then we walk along to Globe Silk Store and Kamdar. The coat and pants were quite cheap about less than RM40 but the no size for Jeriel for black colour. They had size for red,white,blue and grey. We went back home just on time before the rain.

Jeriel kept repeating that he wanted comber belt. So, you can guess while in the car, Mummy called BeBeHaus to reserve the last piece of tuxedo suit.

That night, everyone (including KongKong, PohPoh, Sam Yee and Uncle Lucas) went to 1Utama for dinner in foodcourt and back to BeBeHaus. Jeriel got his wish. He went hugging and thanking Uncle Lucas and Sam Yee.

The challenge is to make him walk slowly and in good mood to walk down the aisle during the actual wedding day ………..
