My first watch was presented by my dad. Even though it was not an expensive watch but it lasted me for many years. My dad only had to change the worn off strap a few times but the watch lasted me for a long time. I used to sleep and go everywhere with that watch except during bathing time. Currently, I have only one watch which both Othniel and I bought together just after our wedding. We both treasured the watch a lot. Maybe when we can afford, we would buy a pair of Panerai or maybe Rolex.

I remember my first 'proper' wrist watch in a gold colour given by my parents when I was 7. Wore it for many years. Had to get a new one as years passed by as the old one couldn't fit my wrist anymore, but the old one was still working then. All my wrist watches were gifts. The only one I bought was a brown Swatch when I was 18+. My bro took it and used it a few years back. Of all my watches, I treasure the pretty Guess watch given by my mum as a birthday gift 2 years ago the most. I'd love to own an Omega, though. That will last me a lifetime.
