Safety of high rise lighting

Our cell leader recently purchased a condo unit and was asking for some input for their electrical wiring installation. After completion of renovation work, we were there for their house warming party. The lighting was bright and there was a chandelier at the hall which can be brought down to floor level for cleaning purposes. On that day, after a demonstration of the chandelier going down and up, the fixture broke and it dropped from the ceiling height about 20 feet to the centre of the hall carpet. Thank God nobody got hurt but a quick inspection of the light fixture installation, it concluded it was a shoddy job. A view for their new light fixtures at iLightingSource.com would come in handy as they guarantee a knowledgeable customer service experts for the job.
