On 18Jan2013, it was the first meal (dinner) which I cooked in 2013. It was a simple stir fry vegetables with garlic and steamed herbal chicken. I waited for JL to come back from school and got him to stir fry the vegetables. After our simple dinner, we sat down to plan the whole week meal like we used to in 2012. We planned to cook for dinner during weekdays and if possible both lunch and dinner during weekends. It would be challenging to juggle all these but I would try my very best.
