So maybe we will either celebrate on Friday which depends on what time he will be back or maybe this weekend. Hmm..haven't decided where to have our simple meal.
Last Sunday, my parents and sisters (including boyfriends) took Papa to Kepong for Steamboat for dinner. Then went back to our apartment to cut cake (as usual photos always late..sorry).
Othniel has been a great husband to me and fantastic Papa to Jeriel. Even though he is not 100% perfect but we are contented and happy. Nobody is perfect including me. He may not be able to bless us with a big house and nice holidays but he fills the small apartment with love and joy.
Why is he great?
Cooking
-He can cook simple food like steam fish, pasta, fry vegetables etc..
-He is not fussy on food which I am glad because I myself am a terrible cook. He can eat the same type of food for one week without complaining.
Housework/Chores
-He can do housework and he wants the place to be clean
-He will do laundry, washing, sweeping, mopping, clean toilet etc…
Sewing
-He can sew either manual or sewing machine (which I cannot)
-He can modify/sew long curtains, long pants, Jeriel's baby bedsheet etc.
Plumber/Electrician/Carpenter/Mechanic
-Of course all the simple ones.
-He can change/repair pipe
-He built our TV cabinet
-He extended our kitchen power socket from 1 to 4 (he did the wiring from the main box to the kitchen)
-He fixed 2 wall fans by himself
-He can changed car spark plug , engine oil and oil filter
Baby/Children
-He is good with children, that's why he is the trainer for the church Children Creative Arts Team (Drama) every year
-He can take care of Jeriel even when he is alone for a few days.
-He was bathing Jeriel when Jeriel was only few days old.
There are more for me to recall and write down…. but all I can pray that he will have a blessed life ahead..We love you.

Wah...Your hubby can do so many things ah...Mine can't cook but can do house chores. Only thing he is lazy. He did it when I saw preggy..hehe...
