Yearly submission of income tax is here and deadline is 30 Apr 2008…arghhh…
Mummy was just wondering whether to submit online or offline. Some people said better online easier and faster to get refund if any but some people said offline safer. So which would be a better option?
Mummy would like to check out with all of you, do you submit your income tax offline or online? What are the pros and cons?

Definitely online. You save paper this way, and also you don't have to rely on the postal service to have your tax forms submitted. I did mine online last year and will be doing the same too this year...yeah, I am one of those last minute ppl...hehe

Since last year, I submit online already, and you know what...it is really so easy and I even can do it anytimes without worry of lining up, etc.....hubby did it since 2006.
Online is my choice. Hassle free and fast. Did it last year and already did mine this year despite the fact that i'm in singapore. Is definitely good for me.
Me too, doing it online. But you what? this is the one thing that i hate to do yearly, every year! hai.. what to do, have to report to the government, like i'm having a big income.

online lah..before this i was oredi using the excel/pdf format for 2 yrs, then online last year and it's really convenient hehe
online for us.. coz it's inconvenient for us to go to the IRB. Are you near the Kelana Jaya IRB? If it is then can submit there coz they got drive thru (at least last time they got)
You should give online a try. I submitted it online last year and never regretted it.
We (me & hubby) submitted ours online in early March.
Hubby have received the refund/cheque from Inland Revenue in early April. The refund is for the 2007 tax return oh. I would say they are super efficient this time.
As for me, I need to pay and had paid via online payment too.
It's better to submit online rather than send by post.

online sounds easier & cheaper, i have to agree!!
but here in my ofis, paper FREE & despatch BY HAND service also provided FREE so i ma do offline lor....but i think i shd consider online next year :)P
