It is actually located near NZX, PJ. It is at the carpark basement of D’Aman Ria Apartment which is located just next to NZX.
There are lots of other things even hotel furniture, hotel fixtures, some clothing, luggage, strollers and many others. Jeriel even noticed a child high chair which was used in McDonald.
Just a note, the place can be quite dark and dusty. You need to do treasure hunting and also bargain for it.
