Help!!! More stress and more wrinkles and more pimples. Any recommendations on acne home remedies to help?

Don't you just hate adult acne? LOL...I learn to avoid food that triggers acne breakouts like chocolate and spicy food for me. Drinking lots of water helps and I found that using Dove soap works wonderfully. I used to buy expensive facial cleansers, not worth the money, but cheap sensitive soaps like Dove works really well.
hehehe... cannot reverse so you must accelerate lor... otherwise, have to keep pressing brake.
his wish is quite special, i don't think my Jo will have such a wish! :-)
