Sometimes it is really frustrating to buy things in hypermarket when the queue is long especially if we are buying very little thing.  It is either insufficient counters are opened to serve the crowd or the management does not implement easy to use retail system for the staffs to use causing massive long queue in the check-out counter.  The implementation of fast lane for customers who purchase less than 5 or 10 items does not seem to work well to ease the congestion.
