Jeriel's Memories

Babies 1st year development was fast and many till I lost track of the dates. Sad to say that I have not been diligently keeping good record of his first 12 months development. However, to get some from BBS (BabySmooches) as below :

Sat 14 Aug 2004

He did a lot of first time new things:

• went to the swimming pool with his new Diaper Pant, Swim Suit and Hand Floats
  
  

• sat on his boaster seat (at home and also during dinner time)
  

• took 2-3 small spoon of brown rice cereal

However, I was missing his hair....his Papa shaved his hair last nite. To make the story short, everybody said he looked like girl with long messy hair. Besides that, he got patches of hairloss and every time he will sweat (especially when he is in the pram and carseat). His Papa decided to trim. Well, he moved too much that he look so funny after the haircut..At the end, decided to shave him... and Mummy was not use to it wishing that his hair would grow fast...

Wed 13 Oct 2004 ,for the past few weeks he was learning to stand by climbing the chair,sofa..etc even human being (Othniel and I hi hi hi). We were a bit concern because he knows how to crawl but not creep....

Baby is full of surprises....he began to creep a bit a few days ago but not very clear but yesterday, he began to creep and when he was tired he crawled because I think creep take more of baby energy...

We told Jeriel to learn to creep more than only learn to stand later because he loves to stand. Now once he can stand, he will release one hand and just stand with one hand holding chair,sofa or us....and bounce bounce...and shake his buttock.

Some parents may think we kiasu training Jeriel so early...actually we didn't, we just put him on the rubber mat to play but sometimes he didn't want to play but prefer to learn new things like sit,bounce,crawl,etc.....maybe because he stayed in nanny place with a 4-year-old Jie Jie and 2-year-old KoKo, so he learnt faster trying to catch up with them...
