JL (almost) back to school (Part 2)

It was almost 2 weeks since PohPoh went back to Butterworth. Every morning, KongKong would drop Mummy at office. Then he would drive to JL’s kindy in PJ Old Town through the traffic jam. A few times, JL refused to come down from the carseat and KongKong had to persuade him including bribing JL with ‘Milo Ice Kosong’. It would take KongKong 15-30 minutes to persuade his grandson. All of us were impressed knowing that KongKong is a very hot-tempered and impatient person but JL conquered his KongKong.

KongKong would take JL to kindy and accompany him for a while. Then, KongKong would go away and go around PJ Old Town. After kindy, KongKong would wait for JL at the entrance and bring him to nanny’s house in PJ Sec 8. KongKong would drive back to Kelana Jaya to have his lunch and do some errands or housework. About 4.30-4.45pm, KongKong then would drive to fetch JL from nanny’s house to his apartment. Sometimes, both JL and KongKong would go to playground, swimming or supermarket in the evening.

Later, in the evening, either KongKong would drive with JL in the carseat to fetch Mummy or sometimes PaPa would fetch Mummy from office.

KongKong has been very happy and in very good mood. My sisters said that JL has changed our dad a lot. JL would mess up KongKong’s apartment but KongKong hardly complain. KongKong is not lonely anymore.

Thanks to KongKong who need to sacrifice his sleep, going through the Federal Highway jam and coaxing JL to kindy every morning. Also bringing JL home earlier while PaPa and Mummy can finish up our work in peace without rushing to fetch JL through the jam after work everyday.
