HCP – Lemongrass Chicken with Calamansi

This is one of the super easy chicken dish and JL said “Yummy”…too bad it was only one each, so in future I would need to grill more… JL said “ Mummy when you cook the lemongrass smell soooo good from the kitchen to the hall…”

Using HCP was easy peasy from the internet…

• Chicken any parts (but we prefer drumsticks n thighs)
• Oyster Sauce
• Lemon Grass
• pepper
• Oil
• Calamansi

1. Marinate chicken with the oyster sauce and pepper.
2. Keep in the fridge after marinate. Marinate min for an hour but 3 hours or overnight will be better.
3. Before cooking the chicken, prepare the lemongrass by slitting it and using flatten it to aroma of the lemongrass.
4. Heat up the Happy Call Pan and add the oil in.
5. Add the lemongrass in and set the chicken on top of it.
6. Grill on low-medium fire for 5 minutes.
7. Flip the pan and cook for another 5 minutes.
8. Flip the pan back cook the chicken for another 3-5 minutes on both side.
9. When chicken is ready, squeeze of Calamansi on the chicken... yummy...
